ct26 headache

hi guys! to all the the sifu's in "bEing blowN" -i need some help/advice.

i recently removed my ct26 turbo and noticed it has a big hole+crack+carbon+dirt at its exhause housing....and lost :cry_smile: right now..dunno wat to do.:hmmmm2:
I was planning to hybrid it any now.. :confused_smile: this happend. .so is there ways to get the exhaust housing itself? and where can get a ct26/soarer's turbo internals? and what do i do?..and its cost?...boost was my best friend...now he's gone..i need to find him back.:regular_smile:

ha! ya lor..but sekali masuk sure poket can see cacing comming out...
i pai seh la..coz i just came out from the workshop.later he say i kaki hantam,buli his turbo..then i kena chase by a t3/t4 and infinite i/coolers...how la:confused_smile:

no experience with tong b4 but i jus sent my turbine to Turbo One, i guarantee u won't regret dear....

fluff...to rebuild is posible..but to be honest..the turbo from junkyard is very cheap oredi..so usually customers won't wanna pay a 'reasonable' price to rebuild.

Hmm..thanks guys for the infos!.

but now really cant decide..

a.chopshop cheaper but dunno the condition..
b.rebuild cost more but at a guranteed quality..

yo sdf,whats the $$$ like for a rebuild ct26 (can trade in my existing one arr:regular_smile: ?)

any hybrid alternative?...p/s:can i match ct26 compressor housing+internals with a td05h(group N) exhaust housing?

u gotta decide which u wanna use..TD05 or CT26..and why mate it ?

rebuild depends on the condition of your turbo...

Hmm..ok!i've made up and want to use d CT26..but got no exhaust housing..and a chipped exhaust blades.

-u've mention u have ready stock for a rebuilded CT26?

we have 2 type of CT26 turbine housing..

1 type for MR2 (twin entry)
1 type for Land cruiser (single entry)

better if u bring ur turbo in and we have a look first

Ooo,but its a 3sgte from st185. would it fit with a land cruiser exhaust housing?

ct26 vs ct20

jinky,crazy photos man! but i have a question,is there really a significant difference between a ct20 with a ct26 ? i believe a ct20 derive from 2j's rite?
