Most of the bankrupt cases in Malaysia are due to using CC without restraint.....automobile related purchase were the main culprit....
Ada gaya, but cannot pay....I know a Datuk last time, every month sure goes to the bank to "discuss" with the branch manager to go easy on him about his month payment. What is the point driving a S-class merz, being addressed as a Datuk, but poket no money??

Anyway, once declared bankrupt, this is where the "fun" starts.....

Like you already mentioned "Ada Gaya" mah! This type "Gaya Mau, Kala tak apa" attitude will kill them loh.....

My ex boss, a Dutch was given "Datuk" title. Got one time met him in Public (I already left the company) called him "Datuk", you can see the smile on him so wide.....hahahahaha
