Convert My Engine...

Hi! Guys I'm a new member here,

needed some help, I've covert my wira 1.5 sohc to vr4 turbo, I buy it from ZTH marketplace, but it seem that there a lot of prob that make me feel like I.m been cheated, maybe it my mistake coz didn't look carefully, but anyway just forget bout' that, just want to ask if any fellow members know a workshop that good, tiptop & excellent plus of coz everybody want it cheap, but I would say reasonable laa...

- the prob are I need to adjust back the mounting coz my engine "senget" laaa...
- intercooler hose also got a lot of leaking

please...really2 need help here...

yup I know that...

my loc. at Wangsa Maju, is any fellow ZTH members know a tiptop workshop with a reasonable price somewhere my area...coz I've send my car to one workshop at bdr baru sentul area but it seem very disappointed...plus I've spend around 4k but nothing happen, still got no rear disc brake, turbo lack, and now my car sound like subaru & can't start (maybe starter or flywheel, my friend said that)

u can try bring to batu caves there.. opposite batu caves got lot of workshop.

I know it's a risk that I have to take...but...it all started when I test drive my friend "friend" car,(kawan punyer kawan...he...he...) iswara VR4 rs, the sound of external wastegate saas....saaass...and end wit sqv bov ka-ching!!! and plus the G-force from the boost make U lock to the bucket seat, ever since that I start addicted to the turbo engine esspecially VR4, not that I'm not interested to evo, any 2.0cc++ with turbocharged it's superb for me, just heard rumors that VR4 got potential, when u mix it with 1 or 2jz piston, high cam, adjustable cam pulley and more...the result is awesome!!! correct me if i'm wrong...I'm not planning to involve in any legal or illegal race, I just love it, it make me smile... but first of all...I need to built my car just like that iswara or even better...sure burn a lot of money for sure... but what can I do I'm addicted...it been around 7 months I kept on spent my hold salary to my car,(hari2 makan megi...) but there is no improvement plus got worse, I am dispointed...but I not a quitter, that why I really need y'all help...I know bout engine...but I'm just not good at it...:rolleyes:

if u want to retain the driveability of the car,don't mod it.trust me.
bolt-on is ok but internal mod,high hp...etc,u need a lot of cash.

Yup!!! Ur right bro, that plan was before I buy the engine, but now plan has change, first, I must get my car to a running condition first, coz my car condition are very2 poor, plus kena langgar lari kat kepong, if U look from the left side of the car, hmm...ok not bad, just a simple wira oem just add lips & side skirt, but the other side, arrggh...!!! sakit mata tengok...fender flat black, pintu silver then got a lil' kemek at the back, plus my previous thread my engine got prob...but like U said no turning back, even in this situation in never thought of changing back to 1.5 sohc...even my girl nagging bout it 24-7...he...he...:argh: :coffee:

to make it nicer, maybe u can transplate an engine u desired and leave it standard first..
then do your body job...repaint, strengthen chasis, re-weld, re-allocate, etc etc..safety comes first...

bodykit those is just to make your car looks nicer..so u might just put it aside first, leave it wit either your curent bodykit or an aftermarket like promote, vid, c-west, etc etc..

and after your car chasis completed, then there u go and start to modify...

but 1 thing, if u unable to get approval from jpj/puspakom, it wil be a big 'SHIT'...
u have to drive the car around worrying and scarying..
if not mistaken tat if u get catch in a roadblock of traffic, u can give excuses that u don have photocopy car card in your car...if u're in bad luck, they wil ask u to drive back to police station dunno do wat...or else, duit kopi settle bah :D..

but if JPJ....siap..

so for better choice, make sure it is legal on the road, so u don have to worry tat much...and u spent it worth..

unless u got alternative car la..maybe tis wira belongs to weekend car and all the route u are farmiliar wit which don have roadblock one..
