Cat-back exhaust system?

Hi to all sifus, In some mod magazine i read they use cat-back exhaust. What is it? What is the difference between the cat-back and normal exhaust system?

does that mean the CAT is build in the muffler itself??... so they dont need extra CAT in the middle???
