if you really wanna play carb u need a handful of jettin screw (the A/F screw).....
n need to find a carb sifu.....
weber need to search high n low weber mahaguru.... :lol:

Hello to all sifu......

i'm also using the carb ( single weber 40 ) but i have a little bit problem with my weber ..........

1.why if i want start to drive or in low rpm the car got a bit jerk but 1 time only after that everything goes well.....but my pomen said not enought fuel support.

2.my idle is 1k......but when i swicth on air-cond rpm go below 1k ( around 600-700 only).....and for drive it i must pancing abit minyak.......baru o.k for driving same thing also when i stop at trafic light.....

i'm no mahaguru still learning the basic.... :huh:
just met a couple of foreman at Links last saturday n ask them bout weber...
they say there r only 2 mahaguru weber at kl.....
n they ask me to find a mahaguru first then can story wit them....
they also qouted"ko ingat carb proton tak power ke??" aka "u think proton stock carburator sucks?" ....
i play wit this carb n it does give power with the proper mech foddling n modd it.... :lol:


but to find a handful of jet screw is bloody hard lar....
i can manage to find 3 last time.... :( :blink:
when u got handful of it u can try many degree to modd it....

bro pyn, are u still using oriinal fuel pump? i mean the fuel pump and not the digital pump. is urs side draft or downdraft?

i have the same problem but i have solved it myself just now, hehehehhhe now when i on aircond, no need tekan minyak...hahhahahaaa :lol:
