That is some beautiful rims you got. But seriously not worth the repair bro... The outer lip or whatever u call it already break. There is even the risk of vibration at high speeds due to uneven shape/profile...

Rim is a piece of metal.. so, its hard & strong..

if u repair it, it would be 2 pieces of metal welded together..

a simple hole on the road would be able to break it

i've seen a repair work to this kind of damage, the rim looks like new.
BUT do u feel safe in the knowledge that u are riding on a rim like that?

Hahaha.. For me, i won't ride on repaired rim. Better i get cheap taiwan made rather than ride on repaired rims.
