yup 100% argee with satria 95..
cheap is MINTYE n AFI lorrrr..proton oem also very cheap gehhh..that all..

i find tat bendix metal king pads r good n quite economical..the onli bad thing bout it is a bit more dust n makan disc a bit...but LASTING

AFI is quite ok..get the highest range. But there is one thing, the braking is not "that" consisten and it need warm up.After a few hard brake to cook up the temperature only it will start to bite. And in the rain, that's the time it shows the inconsistency of the pad.Overall i give AFI magnum 2.5 star out of 6.I think the pad is relatively soft.

I am using metal king it seems that it produce dust to my rims but the braking is good very soft and byte your disc fast. Any one know brake pad better than metal king?

go get yourself metal king...dont get the cheap one..u will regret..metal king also got diff $$ so beware...i heard outside also got imitation brake pad like mitsubishi (fake)

braking is the most important function of a car, don't take it lightly! it's better to spend more money on the pads rather than having your car towed to the workshop. by the way, it's not just the brake pad to be take care of, the brake fluid also play a major role too.

bro ...metal king is around RM75 to RM80 per set. But Is there better disk brake rather than metal king ??

that price is fair....other diskbrake too expensive la..not worth it..and it is use for racing not suitable for normal road usage one...

Dude, that price is for the lower grade of Bendix Metal King. My fren bought it thinking it was a good deal.. end up he had to replace all his disc rotors as it ate up his disc rotors. End up forking out alot more $$.

I heard the good version of the Bendix Metal King cost around RM130 onwards depending on where u buy it from.

Anybody know where to get Don Advantage ( or is it Advanti ) Blue dot?

hey guys....

anyway sorry 4 the late reply.... kind of bz with my rides....
drive safe....

if wan more economical disc brake can try lucas-trw,the price between the mintye n metal king, and got another brand ferodo racing price n quality quite similir with metal king

I have tried many brand before but some brand bakepad does not byte your disk well enough ...

wow....... then its time for carbon-ceramic + kevlar pads from Porterfield, Stoptech, Pagid, Ferodo and Mintex

u have to service such like replacing ur brake fluid for certain time to keep the braking system perfect, coz according to some car care website, show that brake fluid ez absord water from the air,n its will influence the brake preassure,n make sure check ur brake hose, bump, disc rotor...sometime its not disc pad problem
