boost controller on ext wastegate

since tis is d thread i also wanna ask .... y my car on dyno was set on 1.2bar... when im on d street... 1st gear i can only go till 0.9-1bar... 2nd gear 1.2bar,3rd gear same and on 4th ... it will go also till 1.2 and then slowly it climbs to 1.4bar... why ar?im using trust external wastegate with HKS evc controler...my vacuum hose setup is same with d very 1st diagram
