Have a question to ask...
whether a b18c auto tranny can bolt right up to a b16a engine without any problem?
Will there be such a problem whereby "the b18c gearbox has OverDrive off and b16 don have, so when bolt on to b16a it cant change gear" ?

The "cannot change gear" part isit due to not correctly installed wirings?

mr fren jus faced this prob.... cant fix....unless u change to b18 ecu as well i think....

Tony,
depends, if B16A from EK4 series, no problem. if B16A from EG/EF, problem "besar". WHY? EK4 autotransmission is using electric solenoid(controlled by ECU) for gear shifting, EG/EF auto-trans using oil pressure solenoid(no control from ECU) for gear shifting. that is why EK4 shifting is smooth compare to EG or EF.
