i mean add grounding for your HU. if u already done that i also clueless leh.
i know that have one thing to cut off some noise but dunno what they call it la.

ad got relay for my remote wire..
ground it too....
still not solve it yet ....
HELP

check all your grounding points........its unlikely that the HU is the cause if you say that it was working fine in the past.

dats whut the shop feller tell me
all dis while been doing ok
but once i changed my player
comes the sound...
i've checked my grounding points ..
everythings goes fine ........
anythings i can do?

your new HU got problem, try asking the shop to swap another unit
most slightly its preouts are giving noise

bro,

could it be your spark plugs which causes an interference with your HU?just a suggestion

this spark plug thingy really bothers me... i've never seen such thing... :p IMO this spark plug thingy is crap

what beetle said is true. here's what you can do:
1. Add relay to the remote wire for your HU - done I presume.
2. Yer amp/s & HU having their own grounding point.
3. Ask your installer to change HU.

I luuuuuuuuuuuuvvvvvvvvvvvv aeroplanes... he he he ;)

Well, what brand is your HU?

Certain brands are nitpicky about ground.

Try this : Ask the installer to GROUND your HU's PREOUT GROUND to the HU's CHASSIS.

Although not recommended (mixing signal and audio ground = no-no), it worked magic on my Sony.

The easiest way to do this, is to take a long piece of bare flexible wire (no insulation) and wrap it GENEROUSLY around the RCA outputs. Make sure it won't intefere with the RCA plugs.... SO use THIN wire. Then connect it to the HU chassis.. usually there is a grounding "screw" at the back of MOST good HU chassises.

Not a book method, in fact it's what many, many, many work so hard to avoid. HOWEVER, it works in SOME cases of bad grounding. :) Cheers!

PS : In circut design, mixing ground is asking for trouble... lots of trouble.

PPS : If you change your spark plug cables to larger core ones, you CAN cause inteference because the RF radiation emitted is magnified. If you're using STOCK cables, I honestly doubt it would be the cause of the problems.

Airplane noise = comes from ground control. ;)

hi indecided,
i got this kind of problem solving method with my ori cd player from kenari also,
i got one -ve point for this solution. without this solution i got aeroplane sound and when i do like this, i cant rise up my HU volume coz my speaker sound will sound like pecah.
i still duno how to solve it yet.
maybe u can help.

hmmm my aeroplane sound juz came from 1 tweeter only...weird... how come ahh zzz.zzzzzzzzzz ahhh annoying!!!

my aeroplane gets louder the higher i rev.... dont know wat to do bout it also.... wonder if that 'pivot volt stabilizer for sound' will help.... but since most aeroplane noise come frm insufficient/lousy grounding.... i guess vs wont do much good. :(

there r a few possibilities in fact..grounding will definately help it...but on top of that..i suggest u to check ur RCA cables...maybe its connected too near the B+ connector...(cos when its to near to a power source, when u r at high rev,the sound will come)
