If I had an accident while overtaking a motocyclist, who will be at fault? And the motocyclist didn't wear any helmet + underage. Nothing... just wondering. :)

I am not too sure about this case but logically speaking, both are at fault. Since you overtook recklessly and caused him accident, you are at fault. He on the other hand is at fault since he is underage and since he did not wear a helmet.

u are at WRONG man..... u bang him then u kena saman under accident

he din wear helmet or wat is another problem....polis wan saman him or not is depends.....

but mostly u r in DEEP shit....motorcylist sure wil claim ur car insurance for personal injured...his motor n personal oso claim...ur insurance company hai lat....

this is Hai lat oledi....see who bang who 1st.....

if the car is SALAh..the motor can claim his motor n oso personal.....sure alot coz passed away oledi....but car driver is hai lat..go court n lesen suspended mostly...

If motor come n bang ur car n got evidence to prove tat u r not wrong...then juz claim his motorbike lo...he die or not die not ur business oledi....

But in most cases, Car owes at WRONG side..i oso dunno why.....

last time i heard my friend say he involved in accident with a bangla wearing no helmet... he hit him head-on-collision, which landed that guy in vege state...
but in this incident, the bike was coming from opposite traffic trying to overtake a car... so he went into my friend's car path and hit him...
the case went to court... and now i see my friend back driving again... not sure what happened but his licence never gantung la...

no, no charge for murder. if not mistaken kesalahan gagal mengawal kenderaan hingga menyebabkan kemalangan maut.

still got chance to fight if go court. murder is a very serious charge. he he :D

my friend riding motorcycle n got 1 P license dude driving KEMBARA recklesly overtake n bang my friend n my friend somemore no wearing helmet cause he go out buy ciggi just near near only....n my friend pass away........my friend family just got 1 son only u all think how sad it is......please driving carefully...motorcylist also a human....

if the motorcyclist is at fault, i dont think i will feel sympathy on him. That's why always follow the rules. Dont simply beat the red lights, if u want to beat the red lights make sure there's no cars. That day i almost bang this motor coz he beat his red light. I wish i had hit him and he died

motorcyclist owes like to drive fast....and everyones is not syiok bout them n wish to bang n hit them....

but once after u bang them...will u feel better / syiok? if yes....then u r COLD blood.....

some teenagers dtil fresh in mind....owes wan to speed n speed without thinking too much..so juz gv them a chance to learn wat is right n wat is wrong in the proper ways....not to bang them....

jus to share something out of topic.... fel that every time when i give signal to cut in the next lane.... ppl sure pijak minyak,rush in front and dont let you in.... sometimes it's even easier if you dont give signal.... something wrong with those ppl..... confuse how should i drive carefully on road...

Riding without helmet is not my business, but they like ignore traffic lights, and squeeze here & there even though there is only a small space, RUSHING TO HELL? Then 'present' us a scratch FOC, and quickly run away, CCB!! i used to banged by 1 moron, and the repair work costs me RM600!!!!

i think i will feel better/syiok. Unless that fella die, maybe i wont feel good for 1 month perhaps ? after that sure ok haha. I dont pity those ppl except old uncles/aunties

P/S : it's better to paralyze them than kill them, so that they can regret for wat they did muahahahah. DIE !!! eh..PARALYZE !!! lol :tongue:

EXACTLY !! i got hit by this motorists last year, and i didnt notice. But he know he hit me coz i see him looking down at his bike like something was wrong. AFter getting out of the car only i realize he hit my front bumper and the lights tercabut oledi. Same goes to roundabout, they simply come out when they are supposed to wait for us to pass first. Next time have to really press the pedal when it happens hahaha
