I think it depend on your car chasis, SEG got EE100/101 and AE101 body, I think if yours is EE10x then youwillneed to modify 1 engine mounting, if not mistaken. However, it's just a small matter only, any mechanic can do it easily.

if your original capacity is 1.3cc then u have to modified the engine mounting OR 1.6cc original capacity then just PnP only loh !

im using halfcut of AE106 (japanese say) SEG with blacktop, buy last year RM4900. this halfcut all just plug and play in ur current SEG101 including the digital aircorn wiring. for waht i know, levin halfcut digital aircorn wiring need to modify to fit SEG101, correct me if im wrong.

About the wiring, it depend on whether you want to use back your original SEG dashboard or not. If let say you transplant 100% of the parts from halfcut to your local SEG, wiring is just the same, but if you just transplant the engine (whether from Levin or trueno) and remain your original dashboard and so on, sure you need to redo the wiring.

Well, there's pros & cons to remain the original dash board or not, if you use the halfcut dashboard you can get those digital air-cond etc, but you may need to modify to fit it into your car, which looks not so fit as original dashboard. If you want to use back your original dashboard, sure you'll miss some goodies from the halfcut like the digital air-cond. I think unless you can get another version of 101 halfcut, I've seen one which it's white speedometer with black top engine and its dashboard also looks alike the AE111 dashboard, I heard that this version can fit nicely into our local SEG chasis.

you cannot use back the local SEG blower if you using digital aircorn controller, you need to use either levein or wagon aircorn blower, their blower have blowing face and leg. so all the button can be use.

so if ur chassis is 101 and u need blktop better get the AE100 halfcut wif blktop inside and change the whole dashboard 2gether lor....then u get all the aircond buttons function and wif tat whiteface meter....more easy ma....enjoy...
