JASMA is for Japanase JPJ-spec he he he

RO= means for RACING ONLY. certain model still got jasma tag. like mine. bro still have both extractor? the LIMIT AX & 5zigen?

some Border 304 comes with SR tag which means STREET RACING and some comes with RO tag which means RACING ONLY as mentioned by mr. lightningfield.

SR = street legal.

RO = race use only

Border 304 speed never had any SR version i believe as it is meant for track use only.. ;)
