4g91 wat to do 2 upgrade

should i change my E.C.U?if i change cam pulley how much?

my car spec-2"inch piping wit super megaphone muffler,sard air filter,1.8 gti manifold.gsr clutch plate and flywheel.1.8 wiring,waja spark plug.

anything to do 2 upgrade?should i put racing cam?how much?can put turbo kit hah?
 
may i just say... your 4G91 super rojak. Who in the right mind would use a spark plug not designed for your own car anyway?

2" pipings in my experience is too big for 4G91.... 1.8 inch should be enough.

Bigger clutch plate + bigger flywheel would only make your car more sluggish from the extra weight... u should have just gone for racing clutch.

GSR clutch plate I think not suitable for u engine n gearbox . Its 9" just suitable for Turbo car. The max size for you engine is 8.5" only. What car u drive?
 
i think he muz have lightened the 9" flywheel...

like me...last time using 4g15 using mmc super touring flywheel...i think 8.5"...heavier than stock so it has 2 be skim n the weight muz be same as stock 4g15 flywheel or a little bit lighter...wat i feel is..lees clutch slip....prolly becouse of larger surface area

Super touring is 8" if not mistaken... same size as 1.6.... 8.5" is 1.8 and mivec flywheel size.
 
i'm running with an 8.5" clutch.. its not lighten though.. the feel is very good.. not much slip or maybe no slip at all.. last time when running with stock muffler can spin even at 2-3 gear change.. on the 9 inch flywheel, i dont think its too heavy.. last time felt my friends 9" flywheel lebih kurang mine only..
 
mine also 8.5...since need 2 change the flywheel coz the 4g15 flywheel cannot use edi....

mine also not lightened...coz thjey say lighten will have better pick up but loss top end power n hill climbing power....mayb yes when lightened too much...
 
my flywheel is 8'5 inch.my 2nd gear can spin also but my 3rd cannot.1 more problem is when rpm going to 6000 it cut off already.wat to do huh?my 3rd gear very long also,can reach 140 before change to forth gear.no pickup.heheeh.
 
my 4g13 gearbox onli 4th gear 150...then 5th 180....

mine 2nd gear can spin...3rd sure cannot...if can very power edi.. :P

mine rpm cut at 7k rpm...
 
hmm to my opinion... u dont need to change ECU yet... there are so many things to change from.. cams n cam pulley.. port n polish.. throttle body.. rsm n safc( would be sufficient enough)..

last time i drive my satria 4g13, super touring flywheel, cam and cam pulley, 1.7" exhaust piping straight... can chase mildly modded 1.6... but top speed sure lose la..

beetee....straight pipe very bising ar...my one 2"inch piping.if port polish the engine not last longer,my friend try it before.maybe i put adjustable cam pulley and see the result first.
 
menace2society,got just 1 solution for you, go force induction like supercharge or turbo.1 time kawtim ur urge for power.......

go look in the force induction topic...there was 1 about supercharge...
 
hehe...patutla pun....b4 this using enkei rsE 17 2nd gear also cannot spin,now using enkei 15inch can la...17inch too heavy for 4g91.lagipun setting for topspeed.
