advantage: - reduce roll, can take corner faster.
disadvantage: - car will have slight tendency to oversteer, but i think 16mm is not that stiff. better not go more than 16mm.

u're talking about the ultraracing anti-roll bar rite?

without changing the front ARB, just change the rear, is it ok??

I think it's ok :proud:. Just to share my experience: Recently I bought and install a rear ARB (halfcut) on my EJ, which doesn't have rear ARB when I got the car. The car handles much better, it rolls less through corners but the ride comfort is not affected at all. There's no understeer too. BTW, how much the ultraracing rear ARB cost?

rear ARB
16mm = RM298
18mm = RM398
