engine D16 found metal pieces in radiator system

hi guys, currently im facing a really headache problem that my radiator always found metal pieces stuck in the radiaotor cooling fins. this cause my car temp bit high. problems is no water missing, done my top overhaul, metal hose changed and water pump is in good conditions. i must wash my radiator every month and no long distance drive... i need someone helps cause i really love my car........ sad... went to workshop everytime still problem there...

Hmm, are the metal pieces rusted? Could it be from broken water pump pieces?

the mech open the water pump said my pump is OK, impeller ok... haiz... so sad... should i change it?

could be rust crust from inside water jacket at your block....have u tried tried do full-flush on your engine coolant system???

D series block is aluminium alloy block..... i did sent my car to radiator shop to get internal flush with machines
