Yes u r right. I've seen outside tuners rent d facilities at sunway for tuning purpose. I believe they r good also. Any suggestion bro?

My opinion haltech toby, power fc v pro jun, microtech joshua, v pro mat penang etc. Still you have to survey which tuner suit you. Good luck bro
