i guess the loan amount is always 90% with 10% downpayment. but alot of bank are accepting loan up to 100% with installment period up to 9 years. have to check with banks on that. (heard public bank is offering a pretty good deals on interest rates nowadays)

price is negotiable but suggest if you would to see the car (to appreciate) before discussing about the price
