would have been a good offer if i had not found one before this. too bad for me this offer came in a bit late. i had to settle for a mitsubishi's 2.0 transmission F5M221 instead. not very suitable for a 1.8 engine as the ratios are spreaded out far apart. A plus point for F5M221 is it's 5th gear. Rev stays at 2500rpm for 100km/h. :sleep:

Bump: i heard it is not that easy to find a Gti replacement box these days.
