Hey guys... was driving back from Low Yat last night. I was just passing dewan bahasa heading towards istana. Was driving my Kancil then suddenly 2 cars in front of me came to a standstill. The Kelisa in front of me nearly hit the guy in front too. Of coz I immediately brake and stop just 1/2 foot behind the Kelisa (luckilly).

But then... after I stopped I heard this Wira behind me lock his wheels and hit me :(

Then I signalled and stopped to check the damage but he just drove off, so I took down his car Reg number. Then check my car luckilly no damage at all. Not even scratch on the paint. Must have been a very light knock. But still... if you hit people at least have the curtosey to stop and say sorry or something la.

And lastly, I know it was a heavy downpour but if you wanna follow people so closely at high speed, make sure you can stop in time w/o hitting ppl la. If I can do that on my kancil with 155mm tyres, don't tell me you can't stop in time in your stock Wira with 175mm.

chase kao him mar, kancil 155 tyres are a better grip in wet then dry, trust me...i drive kancil before :P

Jin,

wanna talk about dirty ah? u should go to Jalan Ipoh Area, in this place Jalan Kassipilay, there's a railway track behind the condo there and a few row of bangalow n double storey. Try sit there midnight around 2am near the railway track u can see a lotsa special guest there sitting beside u n asking ang pow from u in hell note!!!

I had a chat with a monk from Fairy Park Temple in Klang the other day. She brought to my understanding that ghosts are NOT dirty spirits/etc. They are just like us but they are in a different world. We walk the day, they walk the nights. She also told me that ghosts DO NOT harm people. Those roads that people claim are "dirty" is only because they weren't careful enough while maneuvering that road. I used to think that some spirits are bad/dirty/etc. but after an incident, I came to understand them (the spirits) the other way around. It's a long story on how I come to this understanding so when I'll prefer to talk it over TT rather than type it here.
Just a pointer for those who wants to take extra precautions. At night or in the dark, when you want to look at something / someone / etc. behind you, do not look over your shoulder. Turn your entire body around to look back. The explanation according to the monk is that our shoulders have a "protective" fire that keeps us safe in the dark / night time / etc. If we look over our shoulders, we will put out the fire and there goes the protection.

No offense and I can see your technical point of view but don't you think that ANYONE AT ALL should NOT be following close to ANYBODY, whether the road is wet or dry. Also, HIGH SPEED IS AGAINST THE LAW!
I've always kept my distance when I drive, be it rain or shine. Is it so difficult to keep a safe distance from the next car? I know those who've seen me drive before would say the same to me or perhaps something else but I've started to drive accordingly. I figured that I have to make a change to my driving habits for a lot of good reasons rather than bad.

Thats the version from the Taoist Monk, but from the Buddhist Monk point of view, they are consider to be spirit, because they haven't accumulate good karma for the next rebirth thats why they are reborn in a spirit state, well there's goood one as well as the bad one like normal people, usually they are all in a very sad condition, so have mercy on them. Normally these spirit will go to temple to receive good karma when there's any big religious celebration in Thai Buddhist temple like Kathina, this happen during the transfer of merits done by monk.

i think the wira front bumper sure got dent one

coz kancil/kelisa rear bumper always very hard one

Tohsan,
Erm.... I'm not much of a follower of religious topics so I'm not very sure. My earlier post was what I got from the sifu of the temple. hehehe In any case, I used to think that spirits were "not good" beings but have now come to realise that they're just like us, only from the other world. :)

ya, agreed. be careful when u bump into those horny one especially those banana tree spirit, suck u dry, i heard a lot of case!!!

Well yes, driving at any speed you should keep 2 seconds distance from the guy in front of you. In the wet it'll be a good idea to stay even further.

When I sopped my car, I heard the wira lock up behind me but I didn't have time to look in the mirror to see what happened. When I heard the sound I knew something was going to bang me already so I was prepared.

I couldn't chase him because it was a very bad jam and he's probably stuck somewhere in front.

cao chi bai,i hate this kind of ppl...
got jantan give birth, but no betina teach...
this kind of ppl really 'tor sui kar'!!!
