Hi guys, I have been running on Falken St115 for almost 2 years now and it's time to change since it almost failed me the other day. I plan to get other makes since this model is kindda old and I believe there are new tyres with newer tech like lower noise level and others. Yokohama ES100 wears of kindda fast, so that's out of my range. Can anyone give me some suggestions on tyres within the same price range? thanks in advance.

erm...falken also wear off quite fast....
y not try bridgestone MY-01?not bad...
but u didnt state wat size u using...

I'm using 195/50/15. The wear off is still ok for me since the grip is good and it's great in wet. How's Bridgestone my-01 compared to st115?

Wah.. Neova so much more expensive. And I doubt it's going to last more than a year. But thanks for the suggestion.

i let u know the yokohama tyre, c. drive. super silent and tahan, wet road no need scare, got 4 super deep curve....let the water flow....best handling at dry n wet...

no need neova coz is more racing purpose

for my car 205/45/16, price is 350 each....

Y dun u try out the Potenza G III?? I also am curious abt the price of these. ANyone try? are they any good? my RE711's are so damn old..
How much for Advan Neova 195/55/R15?
How much for those Semi-Slicks like the Silverstone? I saw at the dreamcars show Toyo semi slicks for 195/50/R15 is RM330 (offer) p.pc.

Heard the Potenza G III is suppost to be silent, anyone using this? How much is the price anyway?

im using potenza gIII 205/40/17 , i tink my rear dunlop lemanz 702 is quiter than the fronts
if u r planning to get 15" Dunlop Lemanz , i can get 2nd hand more than 80% thread for 110 per piece.

GIII sucks, wear off fast, not much grip. AD07 55 series around 220 to 230 loh, depends where u buy, toyo semi super good mah, silverstone type RR - the new semi slicks i can find for RM220 per peice, call me loh if you want

i havent tried potenza g III yet..but MY-01 yes...
overall its not bad...good grip...good in wet...wit of coz...an affordable price...
i got it about rm 185 each....195-50-15

then my fren who is working in tyre shop told me silverstone has come out wit a tyre which my fren claim its soft compund tyre....like falken....its call EVO o sumthing like tat...price i'm not sure....but he say comfirm not like sliverstone FTZ sports so damn *&!@#* hard compound...even after 2 year...the tyre will still have lots of tread...

last time i use FTZ 4 6 moths like tat...the tread still got 80% o more...the guy who offer my 2 buy my rims even tot its damn new tyre...hehehehe

was told tat these 2 tyres r pretty good...

yokohama a502 - rm210 each
goodyear eagle f1 - rm200 each

Ye ke? But its not suitable in the wet rite, these silverstone semi-slik? I mean can drive la, but need to use extra caution rite? What's the market price, compared to yr "able to find at" price? TQ!

Thanks guys for the feedback, I think I'll just go back to st115 then. I am actually quite happy with it's performance. I'm not really a racer boy, so I just want something that grips well in the dry and can channel water away during rain (most important). So no need for semi-slicks. And my st115 still have less than 1mm tread before the indicator and not as grippy as it use to be. But I've used it for almost 2 years now, so it's fair to say it's time to change.
