possible or not to put turbo kit on K3 VE myvi engine (1.3dvvt)?

only low boost to add a little punch. maybe just need extra 20bhp.
what parts needed?
 
a turbine
bigger injector...
thick metal gasket to lower compression
bigger injectors
engine management

Thinking of getting a wrx sti v8 but need some guidance to decide if it can be used as my daily ride:
1) can it take Ron95
2) how's the maintenance cost and availability of spare parts
4) is it trouble...
can this rim be fixed?
