Evo3 ecu rechip problem :)

As title all sifu,
i wanna rechip my ecu to no rev cut as the previous owner have rechip and i doesnt knw where can i redo it..anyone have any idea where can i rechip my ecu around KL/selangor area?:)

Got a series of issues re. my car's idling and response. The zero-load-idling (no lights no air con) has always been around 900 rpm but drops to 500rpm when headlights are on, which required a little bit more...
