Toyota vios turbo kit

Guys i need some opinion. I will purchase a Toyota vios latest version 1.5cc.
In future I will upgrade it with speedwork turbo kit. But I need to know manual or auto is better with the speedwork turbo kit. Anybody have Toyota vios with speedwork turbo kit. Please give some opinion.
