any tenon alarm users here ??? need to seek guide from tenon user here ... im really noob in this alarm which just installed in my car ....

nop its a new item ler, i think the installer did a bad job onli ...

During installing,the installer ask me buy autolock relay for rm50. he claimed that tenon alarm dun have that. if didndt buy, then door cannot unlock/lock if release handbrake .... mine stock alarm is proton ...

Now more worst.normally if driver side unlock/lock all door should follow. if i lock driver side all door follow. but if i unlock , they cannot follow ..... =.=

sumore i think bad wiring problemzzz ... that day driving out suddenly alarm keep ringing so loud T_T

seriously, bring ur car back to the shop that installed the alarm. Ask them to fix it. I think there are not many mechanic in this forum, if there's any, especially those specialize in alarm system

Been using Tenon for the past 4 years, and it is working perfectly. Minor problem such as center lock guns spoilt and rear boot trunk gun spoilt. But those items are not include in the system and it can be replace easily. To my surprise i have drop the centre lock countless times and it still works fine. Lucky i have a spare just in case this one malfunction. XD
