Suspected stolen items

Due to the alarming no. of car break in and car theft, ZTH hopes members will play a proactive role.

How YOU can help STOP these parasites from living off other peoples hard earned money :

DO NOT BUY items that look suspicious/fishy
Suspicious/fishy means Meters/gadgets that have ackwardly cut/sliced/thuged wires. Eg, meters without sensors, gadgets without harness or sensors, etc

Report to the Moderators by PM when you encounter suspicious/fishy sellers.
If you know of any seller who suprisingly always has lots of meters and gadgets to sell.

DO NOT SUPPORT THEM because possibly one day, you or your friend might end up being their victim.

EVERYBODY HAS TO PLAY A ROLE!!!!

PS : If any member have any suggestion, pls contribute CONSTRUCTIVELY!!!

yea..how u know the item is stolen?...don't just suspecting..must investigate or maybe can call directly to the seller...

the stealing stops when the buying stops.....

check wiring harneses... if the wires are cut too close to the unit, big possibility it's a stolen item
check on mounting surfaces... if there are big or bad scratches...
check seller's profile... if ask to meet somewhere private or something....
seller will want to sell fast
seller will alot of stock... unless chop shop runner.....

Never show your car to them.... heheheheheh

better check this fellar who sell wipers...my honda stream rear wipers has been stolen twice...a new 1 will coz me around RM140-160.i think this guy is sellin it at 60 -80...better check this out guys....

I agree with u joeker, because my Gready turbo timer has been stolen also, there broke my car window jz bcoz of the timer...U r true also, there cut the timer cable. So everybody be careful.

it's always a bonus if items for sale come with ori. boxes, packages, manuals & reciepts.

Maybe the moderators can set up a thread, for members to post thier stolen items with serial numbers?? This will further ensure that the item you are buying is not stolen. Just my suggestion...

I meet this guy who's selling RSM for rm500 but the wire was only 5inch, And i refuse to get them and the next day he called saying that he have to sell it fast since he will be leaving to aus. he gave it for rm150 for a RSM with 5inch wire. All i know is that the RMS is not working!!! :(

1st time they broke and steal all my turbo gadgets
2nd time a year after- stole my car, stripped it to metal and left it to rot
RIP my baby Wira WDY 4137.....

AAArgggh!!!!! some more just had, new overhauled modified engine, gearbox, big turbo bla blaaa, never even had chance to try after modification!!!!!!
