As for me, my golden rule of thumb is when you hit the right foot pedal, what do you get??? ;) .....high boost, instant power, high torque then what happens????..... :o .....Fuel consumption goes up!!!....If it gives me the satisfaction I want, I can live with a slightly higher fuel consumption.....Supercharger do have a magnetic clutch whereby on certain boost registered or certain voltage it will either disengage or engage, purpose is to conserve fuel and maintain drivability....We do use the same concept for our sc kits, only difference is we employ a switch to do the job... :D The sc kits install in Honda's are really expensive as we have enquired but then it's all branded and new stuffs in it's kit...We did enquired, the jackson supercharger alone cost more than my entire GTI 1.8 sc kit + Installation (RM7000, minus taxes & freight charges) thus we came up with a supercharger kit hybrid "Malaysian style at a much lower cost, Malaysian develope for Malaysians". As for Honda bolt on kits, we do have big plans for them and have drawn up blueprints for development but as the more popular models are from mitsu/proton, in Malaysia, we have decided to develope these kits prior to others.....Plans for HONDA yes, :rolleyes:..Near future.
