the supercharger power or not is depend on the driver only.... original is 0.7bar
emm.... the charger unit i think cannot mod to other car la....(may be other sifus here will help to answer it)
any chop shop also will got the half cut, price around RM2k plus to 3k plus....
depend on which model u wan.....

Now a day can find the Super Chager half cut on 2k-3k now.........
If want to find the Super charger to fix into VIOS you can try go to ask at half cut shop. if i not mistaken in Japan there some vios have super charger.

The AE 101 & AE 92 using map sensor the Charger Pump is SC 12. abd original boosting is 0.6bar only. If want to boost higher u can change the Big crank Pulley and another is Charger pump there have 1 actuator, have to change to adjustable.......

Or, You can order the Bolt on Super Charger from Blitz.....:regular_smile:

Hmm~...i know that superchager for vios but not stock superchager...
is toyota vits 1nz-fe ebgine japan n taiwan got lot i read mag they fix a blitz superchager wiy ecu piggy bc n can adj hi/mid/low boost~....
i hv asking that blitz superchager n ecu bpiggy bc b4 dint hv at malaysia i found on jarkata it cost me 13k woo men better get celica 1.8 wit 6speed half cut rite....

that y i looking for levin superchager look maybe wil more cheaper wit installer....
but bout that superchager got ele control that hv got ecu piggy bc to work it???

heard a fren told me about thailand vios version.....if not mistaken thailand vios version got force induction sumo the bodykit oso very different...but dunno either use sc or turbo...

Reader Kenneth Irwin sent in these nice photos of his Toyota Vios Turbo in Thailand. It’s a 1.5 turbocharged manual version. Even the fact that it’s manual is something we don’t see here in Malaysia. Let’s have a look at the car.
According to the owner, the Toyota Vios Turbo is a limited edition run with only about 600 produced. The car comes with a few enhancements stock from the factory. The suspension is a performance setup and the car is lowered by roughly 30mm. This car uses 16 inch multi spoke rims, wrapped in 7.0J 205/45/R16 tyres.

Brakes are also upgraded to disc brakes on all four wheels, naturally to keep up with the increased power of the car.

Now we come to the juicy bits. The 1.5 16 valve DOHC VVT-i 1NZ-FE engine has been turbocharged with light boost pressure as the compression ratio of the engine is still quite high for a turbo-ed engine at 10.5:1. Normal for a bolt-on setup. The ECU has been upgraded to detect boost and adjust air-fuel appropriately.

This results in 143 horsepower at 6400rpm and 196Nm of torque at 4400rpm. The gearbox is a 5-speed close ratio gearbox for maximum acceleration. This takes the car from 0-100km/h in 8.1 seconds. The car does the 400meter sprint at 15.9 seconds. The car is only available in black, red or silver.

yea nnik vios from thailand got 2 model, 1 is NA and the other 1 is turbocharged....
