Suitable Engine oil and Spark Plug for Honda City Vtec

Hi,

I used to service my City at Honda and used semi synthetic engine oil.
Last month, I decided to send my City to outside workshop when it came to 100k km.
This is my first time service outside Honda and I change fully synthetic engine oil (Pennzoil 5w30) and spark plug is NGK (Not sure about the type).

After the maintenance, I can feel the car perform less better as compare to previous.
Other than this, the fuel consumption also drop a lot.
Previous, the fuel efficiency can up to ~16 km/L at highway with average speed 100km/h.
However, it drop to ~15km/L with same driving style.
For city driving, it drop to ~11km/L from ~13km/L.

I am not sure if the engine oil or spark plug.
I believe it is spark plug, because I change the engine oil from Semi to Fully, by right it should perform better.
I just want know what spark plug is suitable to City Vtec.

Please help and advise.

providing the engine oil is the real thing, i wud doubt the plugs used are of the incorrect grade. please confirm and report back sir?

fyi, there a lot of fake oils on the shelves nowadays, just be careful on where u buy any lube. if u wanna service ur car out of a proper service center, i highly suggest u buy the lube and filter there as is highly likely they will carry the original thing. i dont see y a fully synth with better grade range can run poorer then a conventional oil
