how much? any workshop/foreman to recommend? must change apex seals to durable type? any info appreciated.

not sure bout costs but since you;ve got the engine apart its a good idea not to reuse the old seals for obvious reasons. apex seals can be reused as streetport really is a enlarge ori port. Inclusive of water/oil seals you're looking at about 2.5k with labour i believe.
