For who are using 4agze engine and they are facing the following problems:-

1) Supercharger spoilt all the time.

2) Not enough power.

3) Got bored with lossing to other cars.

Not secret project, just help the Toyota guys out.

The smaller one are rated at 400 hp max and bigger is rated at 480 hp max.

They finally out due to some modification to the cooling system and also the clutch.

The TM 15 or which is the bigger is already sold to the States. The smaller one, TM 12 is sold too to Malaysian.

There will be smaller units cmg in later. TM III 09, they will be rated at 350 hp max.

7k if it is on a 4agze, come with brackets and pipings hoses and also installation. That will be the TM III 09, newest model for smaller engine.

The ratio is 10.145:1, when spin it just now it is way pass 10. I think it is about 12 -13:1.

It is ASA from Germany. This is a quality product, it is being used in the BMW aftermarket companies like Infinitas and Alphina. Imagine that you are getting exactly same product that is used in these companies.

It works like a turbine but just the back part is not run by a turbine but by a pulley.

The kit will be a plug and play ones.

The product will be limited from me only. The replacement parts are not a problem. Since they are supplied by Germany.
 
warr...very interesting stuff since it got in malaysia liao, does it need the aftermarket ecu??? or need to mod mod???...
 
We will start with a piggyback ecu first and move on slowly since it is the first we are playing with it.
 
bro, 7k for it. how much does a normal turbo and a NOS kit cost?. around 10k?. add up the nos and turbo, is the power as equal to your product?.

just asking.
 
Ben, finally the project is out, tell us more of the result on dyno or on test with other car.

You can compare the S/C setup with the turbo + Nos setup.

Power = to money. It alls depends how how much spend on the modification.

The 7k S/c will be a smaller one than the one shown in the pic.

The one shown in the pic is a actually TO4S class. It is for a customer in Barbados.

The one that i m going to inroduce in Malaysia is a TO4B class. Less modification need and also less HP, much easier to control. Perfect for our street application in Malaysia.

S/C are generally more expensive, because of it quality and reliability. Pls compare ASA s/c with Ball Bearings Turbo. They are in the same class.

I will have a TO4E supercharger running in 2-3 weeks time. I have to finish the Barbados customer one first.
 
have you got any sample pictures of how they will look like after it is being installed on the 4AGZE engine? Just interested to find out where are they going to be mounted. Is it going to effect either FF or FR engine mounting configuration.
 
It will fit into a front wheel corolla perfectly. I m not too sure about rear wheel engines yet, i haven measure them.


The current setup is for 4agze engine only.
 
Internally nothing!

pulley ratio is 1.25. Max rev for the stock s/c is 8k rpm on the sc. Aftermarket Aisin is 10k.

Best efficientcy is 10 psi of boost. Making not more than 40HP max.

Can help me get the 16V 4age red top , cover for the spark plug, between the two head cover.? Have you find any?
