signal light when switching lane

I just meet a driver who give me middle finger when I put my left signal light to cut to the middle lane from fast lane after he is fast approaching me from behind

he cut all the way to the slow land pass my car give me middle finger and speed away

my question , am I at wrong if I put signal light to cut lane ?

no, but you need to make sure that you motion dun bring trouble to the car at the middle lane. Some driver will think that after turning on the signal light, they have full license to switch lane and they dun care a shit for the car at the other lane.

how long were u in the fast lane...sometimes..some ppl should use thier rear view mirrors....if someoone is faster than u and comin behind u on the fast lane..give way pls...(no offence to u..maybe the guy had to go tandas)..

theoritically, puting signal n cut lane is correct....

but practicaly, how u put signal n how u cut the lane...we dunno

maybe.....he is driving faster than u..so when u cut to his lane..he gotta press brake...so he not syiok oledi....

Some people just put signal and straight away turn into the lane liao without even looking if there's any cars approaching from behind.. signalling before turning into the lane is correct but without looking at the back before turning into the lane, I think is not right.. can cause accidents sometimes if the car behind is very fast and unable to stop in time..

if im not mistaken....he is oledi ready to cut to the middle land from fast lane before he reached ur tail

but he cant expect tat u sudenly cut to the middle land...n tat time he oledi at midle land as well..so u slow down his drive...so he pas by n show u a middle finger

Here are some tips...

1. If u want to cut into fast lane and the driver (on the fast lane is approaching fast), let him go first then only cut. Otherwise, you will receive the same treatment - middle finger, honk, high beam or worse, swearing.

2. Same goes when cutting from fast lane to slow lane on the left. Always let the faster driver go first.

However, if you are running out of lane (like going down to a tunnel or up a flyover), cut quickly! Or else, find alternative route back. Don't try to squeeze your way out (again, you will receive the same treatment as above).

Wrong judgement my friend.

In the first place, why bother finding fault with other drivers? Who knows? The next person you encounter could be a hardcore road bully and you may get beaten up for being as idiot defending your rights.

Do you seriously think the public or cops will do anything?

Remember the road bully case that happened early this year? Any improvement? None. Cops can't do shit about it.

If I were you, I avoid this type of confrontation and walk away... unless of course, you are preparing to beat up somebody and kill someone in the process.

Remember, talk is cheap but action is priceless.

it doesnt matter what is the speed limit. if the other car is faster, you are to give way. if you are going at 200kmh and the oncoming car is coming at 300kmh you still have to give way.

Agree with you man, some of the driver donno blind or wat drive 60-70 on the fast lane then when ppl fast toward to them at behind they still relax and remain on the fast lane....... even u hightlight them they still pretend dont know.........

well i dont think most of us drive at 60km\h on a 60km\h road or 80km\h on a 80km\h road.....the point here is ..if u can see a car approaching fast behind u pls move over...u wont delay urself or the guy behind u...dont make the guy tailgate u until u move over...and in some circumstances the person would cut into the left lane and then cut back into the right lane just to overtake u...this causes a lot of accidents...
