FYI disabled drivers use special cars (to assist on driving) and therefore have special stickers to identify them. SO this dude is obviously NOT disabled. In australia if you are caught parking in a disabled spot the penalty is severe plus you ge fuck3d by the police kau kau. How i know, many malaysian students bring the same habits there. ;)

we malaysian like to be hero all the time. we always like to do things different from others. so i guess parking in cacat lot is really a cool thing.

wanna know why??its becos of inconsiderate bastards keep parking their car in the specially allocated area....so the handicaps are forced to park sumwhere else...a disabled fren of mine gave up on this issue dy....no point for disable ppl to find these parking space...as a lot of mentally disabled driver have already use this space up....the only place i see enforcing this ruling is shopping complex....and this is becos they will clamp your car up if they dun see you hang your disabled driver's sign....then only ppl start to park in the right spot ehh?i suggest the next time you catch these idiots...try to take their face and their car's number plate...and send to the local newspaper....shud be fun to know that the whole world is laughing at your lame ass face cos of your laziness and kiasuism
