reflash ecu or use e-manage?

I'm using evo 6 stock engine , and i've 1 e-manage on hand .

currently planning to set ecu , either to reflash / re-map stock ecu better , or install the e-manage to tune better?

can sifu here giv some opinion?

I was consider to install a set of cam b4 i install my Power Fc,tuning 1 shot...Anyone know if tis GSC S1 cam(Usa Brand)is selling at Sunway???I have do a research tis cam jz plug n play no need upgrade...
