his car is the 1.5 special edition

if got ECU can, meaning fuel injection..

if Carburator, means no...

Don't really serve the RSM purpose actually, unless VAFC kaa, maybe good for tuning purpose. RSM most likely to eliminate speed-cut (180 kmh) on JDM vehicle. Donno whether Wise got speed limiter or not!
