But i take it as a preventive maintenance service. I dont believe fluids are maintenance free, the viscosity will wear down eventually. Wont take any chances on this. Just my 2 cents. </p><p></p><p>Note : BMW E90 & E60 initially claim their GB fluid are maintenance free , but after after several reports of GB failure ( due to our extreme weather ).
