Repair ECU....anyone know?

Looking for place/anyone can do repair for my 4g91(m) ecu code1234,
my problem is cant ramp over 3 rpm meter/100kmh (like overflow) and car will jerk..jerk
if i push the oil pedal....try to find at chop shop but very hard to find this item.....anyone
can suggest me any solutions?

how do you know the problem is your ECU? More likely there's something wrong with your fuel system, or you need to change ur spark plugs.

dey "3 rpm meter/100kmh (like overflow) and car will jerk..jerk" .. u sure 100kmh the car jerks? or u feel like "something sumbat or semput"? .. its impossible for a car jer at 100kmh buddie.

Its caused by ure fuel system .. the supply when ure at 3k RPM @ 100km/h .. its not railing the fuel smoothly for injectors to inject to cylinders. U could have the fuel pump cleaned. ECUs are not easy to spoil unless u have high voltage supply runs in ure car that can surge the ECU.

U using wira?, wat year? ... if ure car is newer model and after 2002 batch, ure car have the smooth "teeeeeeeeeeeeet" long beep kinda sound under car at the driver side when ure car in idle mode? .. please confirm this ..

pls check ur fuel pump first before do anythings. sound like lees of fuel to supply.u can just simply look for any of 4G91 ecu to interchange, like 5660, 7375.
if not, 4G92 non mivec 8830 also can plug in . still dun have ?? 4G93 with ecu code 6123 also can be use too. :D

thanks a lot guy to helped me, btw im used bosch super 4 plugs n nothing to do modification (stock part half cut like) but before it i oledi change fuel pump n air flow sensor but still not ok then i try my friend ecu same model plug in then the problem ok, i mean rpm can run normally 6-7 but if used mine ecu it happened again, that why i think my ecu problem..

hei mt friend got same problem la...my friend's ecu also now problem....when he go on 5th gear run 135kmph the car start to like tersumbat....few times happen then after that car stop running ...cannot start at all....when to check they said ecu gone because the wire near the water pump is putus and terkena water.....so the ecu been surge....is that ecu problem or what

Have you ever get MUT II to check your ECU settings ? Aside from that you can also try check your fuel pump, spark plug coil, spark plug cable and spark plug....jering should be causing by either one of this item...

yes they check the coil first...since there is no fire from it they change the ECU and see ... the car started immediately with the new ECU without problem.... thats y they said its the ECU problem ... it might be right?

yeah, same prob like me ah car cant go over 100-130kmh but if use another ECU (ok wan) the car can run smoooth like normal, very hard to find this ecu (1234 code) for 4g91 manual at chop shop if auto sure can get coz nobody wan it but cant used for manual wiring. Now i used 1.8 GTI ECU temporary but timing n tuning eng not center and check eng sensor at meter panel cant padam when car moving coz reading 1.8 system but eng can run like normal n no cut off and fuel like 1.8 maa(manyak kuat) that why i try to find anyone/place can repair it.

oh ok...but for me i need to find mivec ecu...if not my mivec wont open :D ... so expensive la...rm1000 and above....headache without my car....now it still in workshop lying down....

i agreed with u nash, mivec & 1.8 n/a ecu very expensive lorr coz the item its very rare n limited to find it of coz they (chop shop taukeh) put highest price for it even for 4g91 manual they put rm500 buck and above for it since this engine now very highest demand from ppl outhere to do conversion wif minimum budget

yeah thats y, makan darah la the price. ppl got selling for rm400 also mivec ecu but half cut selling rm1000... thats y already 1 week searching cannot get cheaper one...rm1000++ better i buy with RS chip rm1500 ...yes yes 1.5 dohc hard to find also...

bawang...actually 4g91 ECU not so hard to find 1... most chop shop have this ECU code 7375...lastime i was seaching for 1 also thinking dat my ecu kaput... dat time the price was rm350... but luckily the problem was sumthg else n not the ECU.. dats y i recommend u to go to any workshop that has MUT diagnosis tool to find out wat is actually faulty... mind dat ECU r not cheap...
anyway heres a contact no. for ECU repairs 012-2921671... my fren did here for his 4G61 ecu...cost him like rm380... btw this place is in bdr sri damansara,kepong...

actually 7375 is from auto gearbox one..... is lastest model ecu.

I'm in using now, because my engine ori come with auto, I convert into manual,
my poman said that auto ecu n wiring can support into both gearbox, but manual ecu just can support manual g/b only. for save and economy, he took auto engine and wiring for me. :D

He try many type of ecu( i think 5 unit) inc. 4g91 auto ecu can't use with my wiring bro, sadly to say larr..n he told me my ecu hard to find it at chop shop. Anyway thanks for u Joe give me DSP details add n hp no someone can repair ecu unit. Luckily la ur boyzone used auto wiring coz this type ecu can used both and easy to find at chop shop...

Yup, now i want to repair it larr..... the cost very cheap btwn buy another ecu from chop shop, btw Joe how this guys quality working? i mean ur friend expirience, ecu got any problem after repair from this guys? Just to want ur opinion before i send it, nothing else..
