problems with the eagle...

hi adrian...

got a major complaint...installed king eagle in my myvi on friday last week...since then i have been to ah meng about 6 times to get it fixed...somehow its not sensing that everything is closed...have even left the car there for 3 hours plus on tuesday so they can check wiring and what not...worked great until tonight....now its back to square one...

i really like this alarm but i can't keep going back and forth....pls help!!!

it seems to work again after resting for about an hour...but this is rather dangerous because i can never feel my car is secure...

when will the motion sensors be ready? i wanna come one time and fix it up if possible...

pls advise...

Micros should be here by this week...As for your issue I will talk to Meng and see what he says. So far we have no issues with any MyVi's before

yesterday the alarm kept activating for no reason...stating door is open...im presuming its the brain tht is out...the other symptoms still present as well...

pls do inform me when all ready...i would like to get this resolved...feeling quite unsafe...

meng told me there are 2 other cars (iswara and wira) with the same exact problem...he was troubleshooting the iswara today and told me to come back tommorrow...i've gone back like 8 times liow...

i hope u guys find out whats the reason because it is unsafe when it happens...im avoiding driving outside because of this...:frown:

the iswara that sbd18 quote is me, i'm having the same prob too for last 2 weeks and have to manually lock the car/unarm. And today Meng replace a new 'brain' for me.. donno it will working properly or not.. will update it soon .

andrian, i've also have problem with ONE of my remote.. it can arm from long distance but always no respond from car to remote (like one-way remote ) It only work in a short distance only. i dont think it mechanical prob since i never drop/hit/etc it. Please help. Tired of going back and forth to Meng's Workshop aledi....

We have discovered the fault is due to new circuit design of the main module 'brain' unit. It affects only a small number of units. The new main module is on the way to KL. We'll replace it for you at no extra charge.
