Anyone tried/saw the latest 135/140w 5000k bulbs from Phillips? Or where to get and how much... I forgot where I read about it liao.

Or what other 55/60w bulbs are well priced and bright? I read that Raybrigs are better than Phillips and PIAA but how is the colour? Im looking for something bright and slightly bluish (Diamond Vision 5000k is perfect).

Thanks in advance. :)

Philip 5000k bulb last time i bought H4 one is RM230 wit 1year warranty period.........
the color is white..... don hav blue on it>>>>>>
i think PIAA is better 7500k blue version or 8000k purple blue ///////

Hmm 7500k and above will be too blue le I think...
I dont know which version of the 5000k bulbs you got, but my friend's 5000k phillips (I think Diamond Vision) is slightly bluish wor... very noticeable one. He got it for RM270 at Kakimotor Sunway.

Im thinking of getting the new 55/60 -> 135/140 ones, but dunno where to find. Just came out not long only I think. :(

sorry...i haf a question. a bulb packaging says 55/60w -> 110/120w, wat does it mean? izit 55/60w bulb has the brightness of a 110/120w bulb? is there a must to mod b4 installing these bulbs?

I think it means using 55/60w input it can achieve the whatever increased power output... so for those you dont have to worry about sockets melting or anything, just changing the bulbs will be fine. :)

hmm.. is white bulbs legal nowdays?.. heard so many stories edi...

anyone know where to get 5000 k bulbs from Phillips or from PIAA ? how much does it normally cost ?

btw...r phillips diamond vision a good buy? i mean is it brighter than stock lights? at nite...and durin rain....coz my stock bulb is gettin dimmer...

Hey, wondering how come there's a thread bout bulbs here...... Got a suggestion for you all here, can go to autoworld website's forum there to find out more as i got lots of queries too regarding this before...... all questions posted by you all here wil be answered. I was thinking which one from Philips i should get before but definitely Diamond Vision is not a choice. May try Crystal Vision if you want. It's all depends wat u want - The brightness, the color, or the white-look.....

Not trying to advertise other website here, just that i found lots info there..... worry later Tom will kill me..... Lol

hi guys..need some advise..
i'm using 60/80W zmax white bulb..it's hotter compare to normall 55/60W halogen bulb..do i need to do extra wiring and relay to reduce to heat so it wont melt my soket?all i know is normally 90/100W bulb need to do wiring..but for my 60/80W i'm not sure...
also..does 90/100W mean 90 for low beam 100 for high beam??

just change to HID la...

wao...good ideas...but then after HID, they wil asking for how many "K" fo rthe bulb to go for...

u guys can personally go to Eneous at One Utama to test out the bulbs....

save...really worth the money...imagine u spent say RM270 for philips 5000k bulbs...yea,philips are reputable and so is PIAA's and raybrigs...but say after 4-7mths,one side kong...then since you still want white lights to further compliment ur ride, spend again.

then same thing happens but this time ur smarter, change higher wattage relay cables AND try out another brand halogen bulbs...say,PIAA's okay...thats another 2XX++. you add them up together out of 3 bulb changes totals up to RM800...

For RM800 if you have saved before, top up another 200 bucks and you can get a reasonable 5000k HID set.plus 1 yr warranty and 1-1 exchange of the bulb within the one year.

IMO lar...cuz thats exactly what happened to me and i damn well regretting i din save for HID's before...haiseh~

philips diamondvision 5000k 60/55w is fast and easy way to upgrade ur car aesthetic during nite time with its attractive bluewish white.

advantage:
-philips advance technology in tinted bulb in blue which not easy to peel off
-the lifespan is more long lasting compare with others white halogen bulb in the market.
-price is much cheaper compare with HID
-just plug n play

disadvantage:
-the brightness cant compare with HID
