TODA + oem retainers. Swapped to bc retainers. Frankly i don't think they make a difference, just a requirement to avoid valve float with performance. Cams.

Yep, all valve springs got their limit, if you don't exceed 9.5K rpm, most aftermarket valvesprings will last nearly forever.

just install lor...as long as is stiffer than oem then should be ok to minimize the valve float...
