P n P ( Bigger Intake or Outlet )

hi all, just wan some feedback from some sifu who had been P n P their cylinder head b4..which side need to be extra smooth...or bigger ..A/F intake or the exchaust outlet part had to be port bigger..if need "pick up " what is opinion or if "top speed " what suggestion too..ya ..the pounds set for torque wrench too ..50 /60?

Hope ur sharing info ...

4 out of 5 of my mechs say, port the intake bigger and the exhaust outlet slight port, dunno wat reason they say this but it says can increase mid to top end....
