this laws come into effect mainly becos of the stupid no good low life furker mat rampit n kaki racing. Too many wasted sperm n innocent life at stake,hopefully the enfourcement officer will do something after the enactment. Otherwise the law is just a waste of time!!!

Wait. After thinking about it, what good does taking their license do? They are illegal racers. With or without license its still illegal. What makes them think this will stop them? Its a stupid penalty. Why stop there, suspend their license, fine them, cane them, put them in jail, castrate them so they don't pass down their stupid genes and then make them do public service like cleaning drains or sweeping roads for a few months.

yeap..i do agree....
don;t just take their lisence...take their car away..and when they want to claim their car back..pay a big fine and do JPJ inspection on their car...if overly done mod...fine again...and issue summonses of all kind ...

Either way,its better than no action at all.

Why not just put illegal racing under the same group as using or possessing an offensive weapon. I mean your vehicle automatically becomes as dangerous as any gun when you're racing on public roads right? And under current laws, the police can choose to shoot fuckers with guns under certain circumstances. So, the police can shoot motherfuckers who race on public roads as well. Now wouldn't this be great? B)
