Hey,
My phone's batterty went flat last night, and I just left it.
This morning I plugged it in to the wall charger and left it to charge for 0.5hr.

After that, I decided to switch on my phone and check for messages.
Tiba-tiba....I've received so much that my memory ran out. (few mms)

The phone was slow like hell and it eventually froze (hang).

I restarted it and now, I have problems starting it back.

It is VERY VERY slow and I'm looking at the "nokia" screen for at least a whole minute.

When I eventually got to type my password (5 minutes) it shows me the sign "memory full"
and "application closed"??WTF?

applications such as "etelserver" and something to do with messages.

How can I on it?????

erm...from my experience laa...im using 3650,after a couple of times,i can on the phone n delete the msgs cuz i directed the msgs to memory card...if u have msg in ur phone memory n its full,it hangs n prompts "memory full" n "application closed"...have to on n off the hp again n again...good luck man...thets the only way..think its time to change hp anyways...

I was using 6100.
I love that phone.

but this is my " gf's " phone, she is using mine currently.
I've tried to on it since THIS FRIGGIN MORNIGN!!!

the phone shows:

Application Closed:
EtelServer
Kern-exec3

or sumthign like that!~!!!!

Deep Reset (*#7370#) : This reformats completely the C: drive. All applications and files stored on this drive will be lost and clean default files will be rewritten.

In both case, the phone will ask you a confirmation and you will have to enter a security code (12345 by default).

det is shortcut way to reset phone settings also rite...
sad man..lose all the chun msgs n pics n vids n ringtones....

Try this...

Hold ABC key (the one with a pencil) and power on the phone.

This is safe mode. Load less apps n will allow u to start up the phone to delete the old SMS junk.

acbc,

7650 dun hav the pencil logo :(

even holding the ABC key to startup the phone, it is still stuck at "nokia"

any phone salesman here?
I might need a nerw phone

me thinks in this situation...there's no "might" alredi...hehe...im thinking of buying the 6630..3G punye..suits me just nice
i reckon u that hp too...good for long lasting usage...my 3650 served me for 2 yrs now..n its slowly starting to fall apart

my 6100 serve me also 2yr + already

died on me once only (it was beside a monitor, somebody called and the phone screen went blank.

I want something slim and sleek.
maybe a 6260 or a 6170

good choice,good choice...
but u must weigh...memory enuf anot?screen big anot..take pics clear anot...and looks sleek at the same time

that's why it's so hard to choose....

the 6170 is simpler, suites my usage, but it doesnt have bluetooth and additional memory (I cant seem to find any details abt phone memory in nokia's site)

you may want to try when the hp reboots, to go to the last application(s) that you were using and try to exit properly. happened to my 7610 at one point.

missy,
do you mind to explain more?
phone stil not working...
how do I go to the last application when i cant even switch "on" the phone?
