NEED help on examining ct20

how to check whether the ct20 turbine is working properly?
i provided the pictures for clearly explaination. is abit urgent and sorry to the many ones who helped out me recently. thanks also.

1) Make sure all the fins are good
2) Not too much free play between the turbine wheel
3) trust
4) Luck

2)make sure it doesnt have any grinding feel when u spin it

iexit.. the greedy bov has the function of recirculate(is it the word?)? which type? type S or RS or any other recomended one?
