My KE70 project

as some might already know.. my car undergoing transplant since early this month.

so far the process is almost finish, the only thing left is:
-mod a/t wiring to m/t wiring for svt
-aircond pipes
-fix intake plenum leaking prob
-fix power steering leaking prob


:_: can't wait.


and... question for EFN:

eh fren, why your cusco clutch so hard like hell one? i can't even tahan pressing it for like 10 second.. you never told me its a racing clutch or anything ler..:X-: and engine is pumping out blue smoke whenever the mech full throttle the engine, with 15w40 oil :shcokedcamo: dunno what will happen if use 10w or 5w oil...:emoticon_U: but at least the power is there:cyclops:

As i do putting the exedy racing clutch before......also not that hard to press, is double harden than mine one before....piu...really kena " TIU KIN " lar....if u go up hills and tracffic jam somemore... ka na sai lorr....hahaa...... sitting aside eating burger also not bad, enjoy yet can heard 20v screaming sound....warrahhehahrrrrr

About the engine got a bit blue or white smoke comes out...hmm...really u have to check is it piston ring worn off hor.........it is a gurantee stuff?????:Not_Impressed: :confused_smile: yet the power steering if u think wanna repair just inform me.

my car is back.. tho not really complete yet..

clutch not as bad as i thought it would be, its hard, but it doesn't suddenly bite like ceremic clutch would.

Rollakid, i hear yesterday the mechanic says that ur car damn power lar.... heheeh, wanna sit and test the POWER..... and ur engine still having "WHITE SMOKE" problems??:emoticon_U: :Not_Impressed: U better call and check with the bro EFN who selling u engine, u posting thread on 14/3/06 and he posting on 15/3/06 saying online will effect his working worr....will not check the forum news.

lastest update:

EFN's aircond compresor CANNOT be used, just cuz one screw cannot go in.

my mech didn't finish the wiring or something, the water spray didn't work

fuel level gauge didn't really work, dunno how much fuel i have in the tank now.

Aiyor..... ur engine really bad luck one......compressor cannot use.....ai.. about the water spray wiring, u can go back ask the mech to fix, cos u cannot wait ler....so he in hurry to do the things......just go back find him. ok...no need to post here what problems even just the water spray and fuel level, those signal can be easy check....

can order the new piston ring and so on for stand by loh...

update 17th march:

dunno how ah tiam seems to be able to get a screw that seems to fit inside the hole nicely, will go see aircond mech see he can use that screw or not..

i fixed my own water spray (first time fixed something myself.. w00t.. just have to screw something back.. find the wire and connects everything.. and adjust the noozle's angle, cuz ah tiam knock to firewall too much liau the angle lari)

happens to be the compartment inside the fuel tank that is incompatible with my old "float". tomorrow morning go find mech do.. should be easy and fast.

finally.. some good news throughout the transplant. and i'm still giggling over the power..
