Message: <blockquote data-quote="dcloo" data-source="post: 2601734" data-attributes="member: 13188"><p>u can jsut buy the msd cap+coil already can use for distributer type or even u can custom the cap + coil </p><p>just connect the +&- wire from the cap source n install to coil its oredi done</p><p>if u not sure about the wire its can find it at msd website to get the manual to help u trace the wire</p><p></p><p>if u wan to get more better ignition signal/volts for high rpm range u can choose the 6al/digital6/sci/sci + /7 series or even 10 series thats depend what u going to do on your setup (example daily drive street car / drag car setup)</p><p></p><p>i still looking which was better mdi or msd</p><p>cause mdi was 4 coil type n msd was distributer type</p><p>both item was on hand now dunno which will better & good for future upgrade</p><p>in term of performance & reliable (turbo/nos kit)</p><p></p><p>i have do some research msd sci+was good enough to powered my honda motor even the msd digital 6 also not bad</p><p>i just a small different of rev cut limiter </p><p></p><p>for mdi its don't provide rev limiter but its have self independent coil control</p><p>just scare thats its accurate on timing issue or not its will cause knocking/detonation n blow the engine..</p></blockquote><p></p>
