please help me,i'm using mohawk double coil woofer(Red12)...so what power amp that suitable for my woofers...can hantam the woofer la...plz help me...for information i'm using two 12 inch woofer...

what is the rms of the woofer?

if, for example it is 300W rms, u may need to an amp that can give u 600W at 4ohm or at 1ohm.

alamak Zenn rms tak tau la...have to open back my woofer...buy pun 2nd hand one...is it true i have to pakai monoblock???if combine amp can???i have hunter 1900w and sony xplod 1600w...can i combine those two to support my woofer

takpe aku assume mohawk ni requirement dalam 300W, tapi ko kena la bagi spec utk amp hunter or sony tu plak, pilih mana lagi kuat, pakai yg tu, dua-2 sekali takleh.

kalau nak jual the 2 amps, then look for new one, cari yang boleh turun 1ohm macam monoblock and boleh kasi at least 600W, ataupun cari 2ch amp yg boleh bridge mono jadi 600W at 4ohm.

mohawk red pakai 200W RMS bro..u can use ur hunter amp to bang them..bridge the amp and test and see for results..jz play along wit the amps settings and see if ur satisfied or not.. :)

i heard monoblok jenis earthquake boleh pukul itu woofer double coil betul ke?

if the earthquake amp is stable down to 1ohm and can give out at least 600W @ 1ohm can la, since u are using 2 units dvc subs.

on the other hand any amp that can give u 600W @ 4ohm also can, u just have to wire the voicecoils in parallel and the subs in series. (instead of wiring in parallel to get 1ohm as above)

adusss...zenn...sori la aku ingat ko chinesse...sekali ade insyallah la...masalah aku sebenarnya susah nak cari brg audio yg bebetul cun untuk kete aku...aku gie kedai kat bangi...dia recommend mono jenis earthquake...website dia www.earthquakesound.com...pastu dia kata masuk pre amp mtx...skang nie aku pakai pre amp caliber...dan aku ade electronic crossover jenis Qmobile...so ape pendapat ko...???ko keje area mana and nama kedai ko keje tu ape...bukan senang nak dapat kawan power audio nie...

aku dah takde keje kedai audio lagi dah......tapi kalau nak dtg join melepak, try la dtg ampang tiap friday night kat taman dagang.....ada sorang lagi pun dari bangi gak, tapi jarang dtg sebab baru dapat baby. kalau nak contact dia aku boleh PM nombor.

earthquake tu apa model? aku boleh cek specs dia tgk cukup power ke tak...

Bro ICE_addict,
Please make sure the MTX pre-amp the shop recommends is a genuine one. I've seen an MTX pre-amp that does not exists on MTX website....
Another thing is what is your HU? need to know whether the pre-amp is really needed or not. Later you waste money on something that you don't actually need and it's a fake product :P

ko kena check berapa rca output belakang HU tu, and kalau ada inbuilt crossover dalam HU. since 8series aku ingat dah ada, so ko cek la apa model HU tu.

kalau takde 2 or 3 rca output, kena la pakai elec. xover
