Fuel cut or boost cut?

Guys,

Initially before I change my exhaust, my boost was set at 0.9bar and at full-boost there is no drop or creep in boost.

Now after I change exhaust, I notice that I can't hit full-boost at all, the boost will...

if u notice that in the market...small strobe light...usually people connect it to the brake light...then it goes blink2...
wut im trying to do is, connect it to the small...
