that's Hks Kansai Bumper.
very rare.
its made of fibre.

can find from chop shop sometimes. very rare case lar
but most won't bring in cuz the bumper will pecah when put inside the contenna.
unless u special order.

my fren have this bumper on his evo 3 but he won't let me make a replica out of it.

bro, obviously u can only buy the original bumper from an evo 3 halfcut.
i believe kansai don't make the bumper anymore.
if they do, the bumper will cost few thousands at least.
yes, my fren one is original
