Does the kelisa have any QOS issues out from factory new? Thinking of getting one.

Any common problems/issues you faced with dealers or service centre?

So far the comments I've heard are very good. Spoke to a few friends who are dealers said not one perodua car has any complaint when sold. All the protons they sold owners are complaining. But that's a different story.

I need to know you kelisa owners, how do you find the car etc. The Kelisa SE looks a bit too "mean" for a small car but I might go for that one.

first of all what are u looking for in this car?? comfort, city drive, or modifying it?? if,

City drive- Very good, low on fuel, ez to park..
Comfort - not bad, but little bit small
Modify - cool, but not many parts that u can play with this car... but just imagine a k-car playing with a saloon car... Syok!~~~!

overall this car is nice to drive.. :)

if got prob.. within de warranty period.. u will get free replacement of any item.. i complain my 3rd brake light making noise.. den they replace it.. now itso k..

overall itz quite reliable ler.. never seen a kelisa breaking down~ (hope i wil not be the 1st) haha

it u have a little extra patient to wait
why not go for the new p2 car?
i heard the engine is much powerful and spacious

That car is a bit tall for my liking. I don't like tall cars like the kenari/kembara kinda. The getz is still ok. But I am considering it if it does indeed look like the Daihatsu Sirion in australia.. then its as good as taken.

new model is not always good.... eg. the few batch of auto waja with a missing nut on the transmission ... and the OVERRATED cylinder measurement on the GEN2 ....or something like that. Just my comment, no offence.

The interior does look inviting, a refreshing change from the old dull Perodua dashboards.Wonder how efficient the 1.0 and 1.3 engines will be.Just hope its not a rehash of the Kembara 1.3 DVVT engine.Other than that it looks fab

Mine hasnt give any problems so far.Overall i would say build quality is slightly better than some Proton cars.Engine is strong but cant help but feel that the new gen Kelisa's ECU is more restrictive than the old one.Mine can reach 150+ but after torturing the poor engine.

If you want a mean Kelisa bro check out the Daihatsu Mira Cuore Inspection bodykit in my signature. Now thats what i call mean!

maybe u r still bujang thats why u like low profil car and car like kenari us not ur cup of tea, but for those already married with children driving kelisa can be a big problem, the first thing we find difficult to accomodate is shortage of space liaw to put strolley, baby clothes, diaper, baby seat, our own clothes, the susu bottle bag etc big headacheman. If u still have a long way to go before kahwin then Kelisa is a very good choice stylish and fun to drive too.

I like kelisa too just that for me as sudah kahwin space and comfort seem to top the list liaw!!! :D

yalo...if i'd a choice of course i'll get a kelisa lo..more syok on the driving feeling..

btw get the new P2 wan that looks like sirion la...cos its alr out overseas for quite some time..there r no more problems...unlike waja n gen2

cant say P2's does not have problems...but the problems are mostly less serious... jus some minor minor ones compared to Protons...

a friend bought a Wira then same time i bought my Kenari... mine had some leakages back at the bumper and water would slowly flow into spare tyre compartment when raining...then the door panels came off...and that was practically all...small problems...

the Wira however had even worse problems... after jus few months...3 out of the 4 central locks do not open and lock anymore...3rd brake light not working and some power window issues...

that is the reason we pay so much for P2...every cent counts...

but its up to individuals...like us we like small cars that gives us low FC,easy parking n can squize there n here...but it seems proton 1st batch always has very very major probs...P2 does have but less n its minor

been 2 years with me
engine compartment still goin strong...
all the electronic stuff goin fine here
door window still workin properly B)

D car nvr gives me any problem at all...but one thing..when it comes to modding, walaupun the parts are small...but they ain't cheap at all..keke...they're costy

sometime the things is costly becos of the fucking seller jake up the price kau kau becos they know there's demand for the part!!!

usahwan bodoh di malaysia always like that..... always want more money but never think about the market... argh...

Imagine two fella go to chop shop, one guy looking for mira l2 engine, one looking for evo 6 engine. These fucking seller sure won't layan the poor fella looking for l2 engine. Small engine not much profit!!!
